In conjunction with functional users and IT Business Systems personnel, the MDM Developer will also assist with the design and documentation of the end clients enterprise application software environment. Must Haves: Hands-on experience with data quality, data profiling and metadata management Knowledge of software development SQL Good understanding of IBM MDM styles, architecture and its components Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM Advanced Edition 10.1 development and implementation skills Experience in performance troubleshooting and tuning the InfoSphere MDM Solution Experience in configuring probabilistic matching engine algorithm and using Initiate workbench Experience with the RSA (Rational software architect) /RAD and should have used MDM workbench (features) for additions, extensions and custom Business proxies Experience with MDM Security concepts such as RoV, Data entitlements Experience in one or more types of web servers, including WAS 8.0 Knowledge of WAS security setup using LDAP Experience in websphere message queues Experience with MDM Batch processor Experience in SOA (Rest/WSDL/XSD/XML) Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard Edition 10.1 (formerly Initiate) development and implementation skills Experience in java customization to incorporate rules for golden record views Nice to Haves: Financial Services Industry experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
