Work with EMR development staff to evaluate all aspects of EMR to determine the systems ability to meet Meaningful Use and EHR Certification requirements. 2. Develop detailed documentation on all system enhancements, functionality, etc. that is required for Meaningful Use and Certification. 3. Prepare progress status reports. 4. Assist SCDMH in developing and documenting an implementation plan in order to satisfy all Meaningful Use requirements and EMR Certification. 5. Attend Monthly meetings as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 1) Experience (min. 3 years) in Health Information Technology with demonstrated experience with “home grown” electronic medical record certification. 2) Solid knowledge of ONC Health IT Certification Program and requirements for certification. 3) Solid knowledge of Meaningful Use Attestation requirements. 4) Extensive knowledge in healthcare technology and behavioral health. 5) Highly-developed and proven oral and written communication skills. 6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
