Design documents, high level requirements, data validations, database tables, and data flows have been created. These will be used to complete the development, unit testing, stakeholder acceptance, data migration and implementation of the Court Diversion Program. The new system will allow authorized users to access the system via a web interface and will also include a software web service interface to receive data from external solicitors case management systems. Various reports, statistics, and user management tools must be included in the completed project. Migration and verification of data from the current Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) into this database is required prior to production implementation. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Review existing documents and specifications for the project development. Collaborate with stakeholders and PMO to verify requirements are up to date and accurate. Review existing technical code, database tables, and user interfaces to verify they a line with the documentation. When necessary update design documents, code the system, create test cases, maintain all technical documentation, create up-to-date user documentation/guide, coordinate the unit testing and stakeholder testing and develop an implementation/data migration plan. Maintain communication with the SLED PMO and IT supervisor with verbal and written weekly status reports. This project must incorporate SLED security requirements and policies to maintain the highest level of protection for the source code, security of all interfaces, passwords and data. REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 1. Skill in phases of the SDLC and interviewing SMEs – Gather requirements, create design document, testing, implementation (all SDLC phases) 2.
