Scope of the project: The South Carolina Department of Public Health is undertaking a statewide modernization of its digital health systems, requiring additional staff to support a complex network of interconnected services and cloud-based workloads. As a Microsoft Government GCC tenant, the agency leverages Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise solutions. The Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring all systems follow industry best practices, meet strategic and regulatory requirements, and maintain business continuity. Key responsibilities include implementing Zero Trust security principles, managing role-based access controls, establishing secure configuration baselines, and performing continuous monitoring aligned with government cloud standards.
