This project management solution should cover: • Initial planning meetings with CCSD IT Projects, Network Operations and Innovative Digital Learning teams to define system requirements. • Development of detailed scope of work and timeline for installations. • Coordination of the timeline for installation. • Oversight/supervision of the installation systems. • Monitoring, control, and documentation of project progress. • Certification and sign-off on completed installations. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conducting/attending meetings with contractors • Coordinating contractors/trades • Reviewing plans, drawings, schedules, etc. • Manage major project tasks and time lines • Conducting site readiness inspections • Quality assurance inspections • Creating, receiving, reviewing and approving submittals and project or product deliverables • Preparing/reviewing punch lists • Conducting acceptance meetings • Managing the change order/service order process • Insuring quality and timeliness of installation projects • Transport lightweight items site-to-site in performance of duties as required • Write, route, file project documentation REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • Information technology systems installation project management experience • Direct supervisory experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • District-wide travel at consultants expense PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • FAMILIARITY WITH EIA, TIA STANDARDS • Network installation project experience in large K-12 school districts within the last 5 years • Minimum of 3 years of successful project management experience REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification • Associates Degree PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: • BACHELORS DEGREE OR HIGHER   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
