Identifies the approach through developing and managing a project plan to ensure complettion of the project on time and within budget. Manages resources for the project, including utilization of team reormulate project scope and objective statement. Determines and evaluates risks that may affect the project and implements a risk mitigation strategy. Conducts periodic project risk assessments and takes appropriate action to address the risks. • Creates quality management plans; oversees project design to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and universitys criteria, codes, and regulations. • Documents all aspects of project development and keeps team informed of overall progress. Reports status, progress and issues to University administration, faculty, staff and students. Assures that the appropriate communication and coordination takes place with all areas of CCIT. • Reviews requests and recommends changes from original specifications with project sponsor, project team, or stakeholders. Reviews progress and status of all projects and identifies specific activities to be performed to ensure project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks are completed according to project deadline.
