Description : ------------------------------------------------------ Responsible for supporting workstations and managing system access/procedures DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with onboard and offboarding user equipment • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues (including contacting hardware vendor for warranty work) • Install software applications • Track Equipment Inventory and Software Licenses • User account/access management • Shipping Equipment to users • Purchase Equipment? • Resolve/investigate Security Violations (Viruses, Malware, User Training Issues) • Create desktop GPOs/Rules • Assist users with configuring and using software REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • Windows/Mac Software and Hardware troubleshooting • Experience assisting remote workers with technical issues • Communication Skills • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter • Troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications • 3– years experience working in technical support.
