Responsibilities: The Technical Analyst will report to the DHHS Enterprise architects and assist with their activities. This will primarily support the replacement of the MMIS and Member management systems but may also involve other DHHS projects. The position will be focused on planning, documenting, converting and migrating various architectural and technical components as part of multiple DHHS projects. This position will work closely with trading partners, third party vendors, project architects, project leadership and technical staff contractors to achieve the projects strategic goals. Required Skills: * Significant experience with technical architectures * Self-starter that takes initiative * Demonstrated success in developing, documenting and implementing complex systems * Excellent communication, organization, prioritization and delegation skills * Ability to develop, propose and present solutions/approaches to business and technical challenges * Good written and oral communications skills, including the ability to give presentations to the management team. Strong proficiency in English is required. * Willingness and ability to effectively engage with people and organizations on a continuous basis. * Ability to provide after hours support as required Desired Skills: * Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience * Medicaid eligibility system/business operations experience. * Commercial insurance and/or health care data experience * Public sector experience is a plus.
