MUST HAVE SIGNIFICANT (7YEARS+) EXPERIENCE DESIGNING INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS FOR BOTH STATEWIDE AND MUNICIPAL ENTITIES, SPECIFICALLY TRAFFIC SIGNALS, INTERSTATE COMMUNICATIONS, AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES SURROUNDING V2I/V2V SOLUTIONS. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: DESIGN AND DEVELOP THE SCDOT TRAFFIC ENGINEERING DATA COMMUNICATIONS STATEWIDE INFRASTRUCTURE. MUST HAVE SIGNIFICANT (7YEARS+) EXPERIENCE DESIGNING INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS FOR BOTH STATEWIDE AND MUNICIPAL ENTITIES, SPECIFICALLY TRAFFIC SIGNALS, INTERSTATE (ITS) COMMUNICATIONS, IOT, AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES SURROUNDING V2I/V2V SOLUTIONS. PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADVISING/IMPLEMENTING THE ONGOING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCDOT TE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK.
