The Division of Technology Operations and The Division of Information Security through project management in the successful implementation, configuration and operationalization of a number of security remediation initiatives that are being implemented as a part of the statewide information security program. Having a familiarity with the SAP Portal Access and Authorizations is crucial. Scope specifically involves management of multiple, parallel security remediation efforts consisting of both inter-related and separate initiatives in a high-volume pace and in a manner that minimizes conflict and interference with other operations and initiatives. The SCEIS security remediation initiatives needing oversight and liaison work with operations include EMC Documentum, Public Key Infrastructure and Certificate Authority, Transparent Data Encryption SQL Compliance and Security, Network access configuration changes and implementing the controls based on already completed Privacy Impact Assessment. SAP Module implementations and configurations in progress that will require project management assistance is the SAP Governance Risk Compliance Module and HP Quality Center. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: This project management assistance would include, but is not limited to: • Assisting with project initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. • Assisting with management of risk, scope, and quality, the scheduling of work and resources, communications, and project costs. • Monitoring and reporting project progress/status (transparency and accountability). • Reviewing, collaborating, and integrating vendor partner project planning processes, documents, and associated deliverables. • Ensuring the integration and transfer of functional and system implementation and operations knowledge from the project team to operational service owners. • Assisting with developing requests for proposal and other procurement related documents. • Working with Operations department project managers to implement the PKI, Document up and other DTO technologies and driving those PMs to complete those recommendations. REQUIRED SKILLS (*RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE SIMULTANEOUSLY MANAGE SAP SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION AND CONFIGURATION PROJECTS WHILE COORDINATING WITH OPERATIONAL PMS FOR INFRASTRUCTURE INITIATIVE COMPLETION. STRONG COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE. STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT PROJECT. • SAP ENTERPRISE LEVEL PROJECTS • STRONG ABILITY TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY ACROSS DIVISIONAL BOUNDARIES TO ENSURE TIMELY, EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF INITIATIVES.
