Description: SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: THE CFS PROJECT IS PART OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES (DSS) AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING, AND MAINTAINING A FEDERALLY-MANDATED CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM (CSES) THAT PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT TO THE OPERATION OF SOUTH CAROLINAS CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT (CSE) PROGRAM AS WELL AS FOR COMPLETING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FAMILY COURT CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FCCMS) FOR THE 46 CLERKS OF COURT. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is for a functional subject matter expert who will be performing system testing, daily troubleshooting of complex defects, and following up with counties during the Maintenance and Operations phase of the FCCMS project. Functional Business Analyst position will report to the Functional Manager. Primary Responsibilities Analysis • Working with Functional Team Lead provide input to potential changes needed from clients • Review functional designs produced by vendor Testing • Execute test scripts • Record and verify test results • Analyze and report test results • Report defects to Test Manager/Test Team • Perform Regression Tests • Reproduce defects/demonstrate defects to development as needed • Participate in Incident Review Meetings as needed • Provide data analysis and root cause analysis as needed • Work with the States Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Business Analysts to develop test scenarios/test cases and test scripts as applicable. • Review requirements, component designs and use cases and maintain test script traceability to each as applicable • Prepare test data, including interface data files as needed, for executing test scripts • Review test related work products, including but not limited to system test reports, training materials, Computer Based Training courses and other as needed.
