Typical work consists of developing custom web parts, reports, workflows, forms & solutions using Project Online for O365 * The qualified candidate for this position will be well versed in the administration of Project Server 2013 Online, and the design and creation of Business Intelligence reports. The qualified candidate will work with stakeholders to maintain a healthy project server environment. This includes working with business stakeholders to achieve and maintain a configuration that supports the business need. Also working with technical team members such as SharePoint, SQL and Active Directory administrators. The qualified candidate will also be expected to gather requirements for business intelligence reports and design and create those reports, as well as make recommendations as to which reporting tool or technology is most appropriate for the reports. Understanding the various reporting tools is key. Detailed knowledge of Power Pivot, Excel Services, Services and Odata is ideal. Responsibilities Include: • Administration of Project Online • Directing the Use and Best Practices for Project Scheduling Supporting: • Program Management • Portfolio Management • Demand & Capacity Planning • Business Intelligence Reporting • Configure security groups, categories and permissions • Configure Enterprise Project Types and Project Details Pages • Create custom lookup tables and create custom fields based on formulas • Configure views in PWA and Project Professional • Display graphical indicators in PWA and Project Professional views • Maintain Enterprise Resource Pool • Facilitate requirements gathering for report and business intelligence center • Design and create reports using PowerPivot, Excel Services and Odata • Share Project Server 2013 knowledge with Applications Development team members Required Skills: * 5 years of experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft Project and Project Server * Experience Working in Project Online and Building Portfolio Business Drivers & Analysis Scenarios * Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Demonstration of outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Building Portfolio Business * Microsoft Project Server 2013 * MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) * MS Project * Project Online Desired Skills: * Microsoft Certification Managing Programs and Projects with Project - Exam 2013, 74-344 * Microsoft Certification Managing Projects with Microsoft Project - Exam, 74-343   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
