DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including functional & risk analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support as a part of the Strataas Upgrade Project. • Meeting with project managers and leadership to determine Strataas needs. • Developing custom configurations and features in the Strataas Platform. Upgrading and documenting Strataas solutions and interfaces. • Accurately estimating timelines and development goals. • Testing the stability and functionality of the application. • Training other team members • Creating documentation on new and integrated solutions developed REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • Three plus years of Silverlight, XML, XMAL development, .Net support, or management. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Excellent organizational and time/task management skills • Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events • MVC and • Knowledge of Basic Client server Architecture to the required skills PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • Telerik • PostSharp • Familiarity with WCF RIA services • Familiarity with Microsoft Unity Framework • Knowledge of Active Directory • User, sharing and permissions management • Project Management skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
