Position: Scrum Master Industry: Healthcare Location: Nashville, TN Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience Length: 6 month contract (with possibility for rolling extensions) Job Responsibilities: Responsible for facilitating team level agile processes and release train execution around requirements definition, scope, and delivery. Resolve team level impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement throughout the delivery teams and lifecycle. A working level understanding of agile scrum and kanban principles and practices, and understands the unique opportunities and challenges associated with organizing, facilitating, and continuously aligning the scrum team with the guiding business strategy. Working with data movement and application support teams, implementing scrum and kanban practices to deliver based upon customer needs. Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience as a scrum master. 3-5 years of experience leading technical and non-technical teams in an agile environment. Proven experience in managing multiple scrum teams. Effective manager, collaborator and servant leader. Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or appropriate combination of education and experience in essential duties and responsibilities. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience working with JIRA and Confluence. Intermediate Understanding of ITIL framework. Education: Bachelor of Science in technology related field or equivalent experience.
