This responsibility includes but is not limited to identifying business applications to incorporate into IdentityIQ, implementing these new applications, and providing on-going support for all identity management systems. The successful Identity Management Analyst will also work with business users, Identity Management personnel as well as all other IT personnel to bring about timely resolution to all questions or needs related to certification of access, reporting, and audit concerns. Duties and Responsibilities 50% - Provide overall support for the IAM Governance product (SailPointIIQ), including working with business owners to implement new applications within the product umbrella, support existing application aggregations and certifications via system configuration and any necessary troubleshooting, specifically with regards to certification, general access, uncorrelated accounts, etc. Ensures that all access actively managed through the Governance application is certified according to established standards. 30% - Respond to any requests for ad-hoc reports or other needed information from Audit, regulatory agencies, business users, or IT personnel. These reports will primarily be via the SailPointIIQ system but could involve other applications either within the responsibility of Identity Management but could be reports from other systems for which the IT Analyst will need to work with the proper users to obtain the needed information. 20% - Provide on-going daily support for all aspects of Identity Management including SailPointIIQ, Oracle Identity Manager 11g, and Change Management. Job Requirements Requirements: Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience 4-6 years experience (a minimum of 2-4 years in Identity Access Management) Preferred: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience 0-2 years Experience SailPointIIQ 6.0 or higher or Oracle Identity Manager 11g SailPointIIQ, Oracle OIM/ORM 11g, SQL, Microsoft Offce, Visio, SharePoint site administration; CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CEH is a plus.
