Designs units for others. Completes development to implement complex components. Contributes to design activities; may design solutions. Develops independently; participates in code reviews and may lead code reviews. May lead and provide mentoring and guidance to less senior developers. Designs, prepares and executes unit tests. Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain one or more technology areas (Siebel development, BIP reports, Siebel workflows) Applies client and 3rd party technologies to complex software solutions of moderate complexity. Independently implements end-user or enterprise solutions complexity or services prepared by more senior technologists for more complex solutions. Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks. Provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects. On call off hours support of system on a rotational basis MUST have at least 3 years experience in C application development and SQL for complex, large scale systems. Education and Experience Required: Typically a technical Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Masters degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience. Knowledge and Skills: More than 6 years experience writing code using technology to meet business needs languages Experience in Siebel Development Experience in BIP Reports Experience in Siebel Workflows Experience in Siebel Administration Other Qualifications: Experience on one or more full release project life cycles. Strong understanding of modern SCM (software configuration management). Understanding of testing tools and unit and integration test scripting, and testing methodologies. Strong understanding basic Database Administration. Able to consistently apply quality and security standards. Good verbal and written communication skills.
