Ability to gather requirements, define, design, and implement MS Project Portfolio Analysis functionality. 4. An understanding of Portfolio Resource Management Process to support project managers, resource managers and executive leadership. 5. Familiarity with Microsoft Share Point 2013 and innovate ways to improve productivity with the use of Share Point. 6. Understanding of process governance and adherence to build excellence within the Project Management Office and the account. 7.
