Secondary skill sets include knowledge of Microsofts Internet Information Server (IIS), Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to provide the functionality of encryption and decryption of data; Object Oriented and UML methodologies; knowledge of other State software standards for desktop and distributed systems.  Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications: Five (5) years of demonstrable experience developing, administrating, and supporting web applications in .Net environment, including: · Responsibility for the successful and timely design, implementation, testing and ongoing maintenance of technical solutions · Use best practices in the technologies listed below · Good communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to focus on the customer needs in a friendly manner are required · Experience creating test plans and scenarios for all system and user acceptance testing as needed. Work as the IT analyst whenever required · Ability to develop solutions/enhancements to upgrade/replace outdated systems with the above-mentioned technologies · Must be eager to learn and use the latest technologies as needed Bachelors Degree in a related field, or a minimum of five (5) years equivalent work experience b. Preferred Experience or Skills / Abilities: · Experience Working in the AWS cloud · Experience using Azure DevOps as a code repository, project management, and lifecycle automation system · Experience using Agile Scrum methodology c.
