With this SOW, we are seeking a Firm Fixed Price contract for the P-EBT application development project and maintenance support of other Emergency Applications Vendors must have experience with implementing Service Now and integration of Mainframe Tools as well as other external tools mentioned within this document. Finally, the vendor should provide a reference that can attest to the experience of a Service Now implementation with the vendor. Background: In response to the pandemic and other declared disasters within Tennessee, has responded to the governors request to continue to provide necessary support while abiding by the key public health intervention to slow the spread of the disease by social distancing. As offices, schools and day care centers may be closed for months, many parents will be absent from work to care for their children. we are seeking development of a ServiceNow application to provide citizens of Tennessee a means for applying online for emergency funds and programs like PEBT. This SOW is to support the work that will need to be completed for the delivery of and enhancements of the Emergency response applications. Scope of Work & Deliverables: The scope of the project is to develop and sustain the P-EBT application and perform maintenance as needed on other TDHS emergency applications that include Emergency Cash for COVID-19, Child Care Payment Assistance for Essential Employees, and Disaster applications. General Requirements: The TDHS team utilizes an Agile SDLC methodology and the vendor will be expected to participate in required grooming and planning sessions. Daily standups will be held by the team. Sprint review and retrospectives will be conducted at the end of each Sprint. The vendor must have experience with ServiceNow and, preferably, experience on a current ServiceNow release (Madrid, London or New York). It will also be mandatory that the vendor have delivered a publicly accessible ServiceNow portal for emergency benefits within the past 6 months Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services Template Page 4 of 6 At completion of the project, it is expected that the system delivered will be a production functioning system according to requirements provided and can be rolled out to both internal and external clients. All user stories and requirements will be met at production roll out. The vendor should have an understanding of the TDHS P-EBT and emergency applications, the appropriate qualifications and have worked on a project with similar scope and size. Development and Maintenance of the P-EBT Application The P-EBT application will need to capture the following information: • Head of household information • Last four digits of Social Security Number • Name, date of birth, and district and school of each eligible child • Household mailing address for the P-EBT card to be issued • Head of Household consent to participate in P-EBT program Other technical requirements for the P-EBT application: • Ability to validate students, districts, and schools • Automatic validation of student eligibility • Automatic eligibility determination • Automatic calculation of cash benefits • Determina   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
