TNDCS Resource Requirements (Multiple Positions Described) It is preferred for resources to have experience with Child Welfare Business functions. Project Management: Delivery Lead / Engineering Lead Provide incremental capacity for project management and program oversight for technology initiatives within DCS. Works at the direction of DCS PMO in the use of methods and processes for coordination, management and reporting. Responsibilities could include: • Facilitates the development and tracking of project schedules based on direction from the delivery leads • Provides status reporting based upon agreed upon schedules and milestone • Provides awareness of cross project dependencies • Captures risks and works with delivery leads to identify mitigation activities • Escalates issues and blockers that require leadership attention • Participate in project governance activities and ensure structures are in place to drive effective communication between all stakeholders • Participate in weekly status meetings and steering committee checkpoints and develop supporting material Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services Template Scope of work: • Project Management for TFACTS Oracle Upgrade Timeframe: Eight (8) weeks, beginning as soon as possible after completion of SOW approvals. Deliverables must be completed by 6/30/2022. Testing: Test Lead / Tester Engineer Provide DCS with testing best practices and facilitate implementation of selected capabilities. Provide development and testing resources with coaching and leadership in the adoption of testing practices. Responsibilities to include: • Provide support and training for test strategy development • Provide support and training for In-Sprint and Cross-Sprint testing • Assist in the implementation of operational metrics and use of tools Scope of work: • In-Sprint & Cross-Sprint testing for Q4 Remediation • Optimal J removal • Jira adoption support Timeframe & Deliverable: Six (6) months with the option to extend further after the 6 Month Review. Resource to begin as soon as possible after completion of SOW approvals.
