Responsibilities Engages directly and collaboratively with stakeholders to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, and to ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders Translates business needs into system/ application requirements and project components to help determine solutions to business problems Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements and identify risks Creates user stories, specifications, business rules, flowcharts, gathers requirements, facilitates elicitation sessions with necessary business analyst tools Translates business requirements to IT documents Communicates the impact of product changes to internal stakeholders Qualifications Broad knowledge of IT and business standards and best practices and how to apply the appropriately in solutions Broad Infrastructure Security knowledge, Risk Management and development of Security Controls Technical university or Bachelor preferred or equivalent experience: 3+ years of IT experience as a business analyst in a highly technical environment 3+ years of experience and exposure in one of the following: Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, Vertica, MSSQL Experience working on one or more applications development projects Experience with IT solution development and design Experience with industry standard collaboration processes and technologies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
