Job Description Analyst: Customer Service, Web Design, Software Distribution,

Description :

Client, is seeking a self-motivated professional with experience in customer service, web design, web projects, software distribution is a plus. This person should have the ability to work unsupervised delivering projects and meeting objectives ahead of schedule; detailed thinker, planner, good analytic skills. Skilled in identifying and implementing solutions; strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in a team with internal and external customers. It is a plus to have a creative thinker that can bring forth win/win resolutions; ability to create compelling, cohesive and comprehensive value propositions, to help us serve our customer better.


These technical skills are extremely helpful:

Strong technical knowledge of database and web architectures and applications
Ability to conduct research into a variety of infrastructure technologies as required for complex IT solutions
Ability to understand complex software meta data and present the information so that its easy for customers to understand.
Experience with design and implementation of complex technical environments using multiple technologies and languages
Knowledge of Cisco products software and hardware compatibility

Other Skills:

Ability to quickly solve problems and drive teams to solutions
Ability to write clear problem statements that get to the root cause of the issue
Ability to quickly understand Ciscos web capabilities, user experience, business architecture, and stakeholder environment
Ability to engage credibly with IT, Engineering, and other Cisco organizations.
Ability to engage customer, review customer data and behavior; translate that into requirements identifying innovative ways to meet their needs while driving towards Ciscos strategic goal
Ability to influence others. Influences others to make decisions and take actions aimed at achieving
