The lead will be responsible for design and leadership responsibilities that center on a group of 2 to 3 developers who will be building custom pages to enable MSS around TAM. We are looking for a consultant with HCM experience who has lead implementation or upgrade projects and has the ability to communicate with business and technical team members. Required Skills : * Proven team leader * Deep expertise in TAM using PeopleSoft (configuration, conversion, business process, trouble shooting) * Must be able to follow the end to end TAM process and ensure it is working as designed or can make suggestions to improve it * Must be able to manage the build of a TAM Manager Self Service bolt-on * Must have strong communication skills to manage the TAM team and to communicate with senior management * Must be able to function as an expert and carry him/herself with confidence (not looking for an analyst) * Must have at least 2 other TAM implementations as a lead * Ability to test the end-to-end TAM process, manage defects and report test status * Skilled in using a testing management tool (example: HP Quality Center)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
