Analyzes production metrics to determine future performance testing needs. Analyzes business requirements and designs documents to derive performance test scenarios and cases. Documents test procedure findings, and analyzes performance test results. Develops and maintains LoadRunner scripts. Executes and monitors performance tests. Write and maintain scripts using LoadRunnerVuGen. Reserve resources and execute tests using Performance Center. Log defects in a timely manner using ALM Analyze data from various sources to model usage profiles and generate traffic projections. Create detailed performance test results reports and summary reports. Report performance trends and communicate status against committed milestones. Maintain and verify the quality/accuracy of entries in test tracking/documentation tools, such as HP Application Life-Cycle Management. Knowledge of SDLC. Ability to deal with escalations and difficult situations under pressure. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. Required Skills: * Ability to analyze systems/procedures and write test plans to validate them. * Experience with creating detailed test plans and requirements analysis * Experience designing performance test scenarios * Experience debugging scripts * Experience analyzing and interpreting performance test results * Hands on experience participating in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) * Experience with Load Runner Vu Gen and Performance Center * Team-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects with limited supervision * Maintain and verify the quality/accuracy of entries in test tracking/documentation tools, such as HP Application Life-Cycle Management.
