Job Description Analyst: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Knowledge, System Capabilities, Integrations With Other HR Processes To Include Profile Management, Competency Management EPerformance Caree

Description:

All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the TXDOT. TXDOT may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. TXDOT will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s).

TxDOT is implementing the Succession Planning module in PeopleSoft 9.2 and needs someone with succession planning experience and functional knowledge of the system capabilities and integrations with other talent management processes - profile management, ePerformance, career planning, ELM.

This position will assist in the following:
• reviewing and analyzing system capabilities, specifications, requirements, processes and procedures
• writing detailed description of user needs
• developing and testing business scenarios; system testing and integration testing with other HR business modules
• formulating logical descriptions of problems and optimum solutions
• providing support in defining security roles, queries and reports

Required Skills:

* Experience of PeopleSoft HCM functional knowledge, system capabilities and integrations with other HR processes to include profile management, competency management, ePerformance, career planning, administer training or ELM.
* Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 Succession Planning module
