TxDOT is implementing the Succession Planning module in PeopleSoft 9.2 and needs someone with succession planning experience and functional knowledge of the system capabilities and integrations with other talent management processes - profile management, ePerformance, career planning, ELM. This position will assist in the following: • reviewing and analyzing system capabilities, specifications, requirements, processes and procedures • writing detailed description of user needs • developing and testing business scenarios; system testing and integration testing with other HR business modules • formulating logical descriptions of problems and optimum solutions • providing support in defining security roles, queries and reports Required Skills: * Experience of PeopleSoft HCM functional knowledge, system capabilities and integrations with other HR processes to include profile management, competency management, ePerformance, career planning, administer training or ELM. * Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 Succession Planning module   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
