Translate requirements into test cases to provide trace ability and analyze and analyze the results of system and integration testing to ensure business and functional requirements are met for the Business Objects Server Support and Testing, Enhancements and Reporting development projects. Create and implement test strategy, test plan and execute tests in various development environments. Report, prioritize, and track defects, verify fixes, and perform follow-up activities to ensure that issues are resolved. Required Skills: * Creating Test Plans and Strategies * Creating Test Cases & Executing Manual Tests * Measuring and reporting test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions * Configuring, using, and managing test environments and test data * Extensive DB experience – MySQL * Experience troubleshooting and testing * Experience in running defect triage meetings * Reporting, Prioritizing, tracking defects with follow up to resolution Desired Skills: * Working effectively to define testable user stories, especially acceptance criteria, with customer representatives and stakeholders for AGILE development * Testing in AGILE development environment * Collaborating within the teams, working in pairs with programmers and other team members in AGILE development environment * Respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases * Ensuring the appropriate testing tasks are scheduled during release and iteration planning for AGILE development environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
