Ability to communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models and screen designs to stakeholders * Knowledge and experience with mobile User Interface (UI) Design that focuses on what users need to do on each page and ensures that the interface has elements that are easy to access, understand and use. Ensures consistency in visual elements and defining application behavior. * Knowledge and experience in creating visual designs and elements (graphics, icons) to create engaging interactive mobile web applications with aesthetically pleasing interfaces. * Knowledge and experience with performing user research that focuses on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations using industry-standard analysis and methodologies. * Knowledge and experience with mobile information architecture that focuses on how information is organized, structured, and presented to users. * Knowledge and experience with developing, writing and maintaining mobile website content and planning and documenting the creation, delivery and governance behind it. * Knowledge and experience with the development of web analytics and the collection, reporting, and analysis of website data. * Knowledge and experience meeting web accessibility standards, focusing on how a disabled individual accesses or benefits from the site, system or application; knowledge of Section 508 governing principals for accessibility. * Knowledge of the software development life cycle methodologies and experience leading a design team, as well as planning and organizing a project and its resources. * Experience and ability to identify and manage the appropriate lifecycle to be used and apply to the user-centered design process, guiding the project team through all phases of project completion * Knowledge of user interface principles across multiple platforms and cross-browser compatibility. * Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and the techniques used in the design of mobile applications. * Experience in Responsive Web Design * Experience designing and implementing multi-language web pages Desired Skills: * User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) Certification * Visual Design or Graphic/Digital Design certificate * Experience with Texas Child Support Program. * Experience with Texas Child Support Enforcement System. * Experience with RSA, RAD or Eclipse development environment * Experience with JAVA * Experience with WebSphere Portal and developing portlets for WebSphere Portal   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
