TWC will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s). Contractor will work with the IT Improve Benefits User Interface Systems Project manager to analyze existing code, reverse engineer existing functionality based on federal rules, regulations and user requirements. Contractor must be on-site a minimum of 4 days per week (M-F). TWC needs a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA). • Must be certified for a minimum of 2 years • Will review complex designs in PRPC 7.1.7 (or higher) • Will make recommendations on changes necessary to the system • May participate in building systems • Must have expert knowledge of Pega architecture, security model, and service interfaces (5 years) • Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience from successful projects • Will participate in the overall management of key design areas • Must have strong technical leadership skills and expert consultative skills (5 years) • Will perform QA duties in reviewing PRPC work being done by a third party • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Will perform enablement/training activities with TWC staff .
