Required Skills: * Experience in querying and analyzing data sources to understand the data and determine logic for reporting. * Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet reporting requirements. * Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point) * Experience with Cognos 8.0 or higher version. * Experience using IBM Cognos BI Report Studio * Experience modeling using IBM Cognos Framework Manager * Experience with Informatica PowerCenter 8.1 or higher version. * Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing ETLs for a large Data Warehouse project. * Experience with data modeling techniques and tools for data warehouse projects * Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases. * Experience teaming up with business owners and technical staff in complex, large scale data warehouse projects * Teamwork skills, ability to lead collaboration with other functional and technical staff on the project.
