Engineer (Jobs in Austin, TX)   Requirement id 17186 Job title Engineer Job location in Austin, TX Skills required Management Of Tool Suites, Atlassian And Quality Center Tool Suites., Middleware Applications, Open Date 31-Jan-2014 Close Date Job type Not specified Duration 7 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: Lingam P Job Description Engineer: Management Of Tool Suites, Atlassian And Quality Center Tool Suites., Middleware Applications, Description: * Perform upgrades and apply patches to get current application tools up to date with current releases. * Assume “Super-Admin” role: Administration and management of tool suites, (installation, deployment, configuration, migration, upgrade, patching, provisioning, etc) of Atlassian and Quality Center Tool Suites. * Build workflows in tool suites * Configuration of JIRA products and add-ins * Supports the integration of existing and new applications within the current infrastructure * Configure and/or manage integration between applications and platforms * Improve the stability and performance of the above tool suites * Ensures compliance and proper implementation of enterprise standard, policies and security compliance * Maintain documentation of current tool suite and any enhancements and upgrades Required Skills: * Infrastructure experience – i.e. servers, hardware, software * Extensive DB experience – MySQL * Experience installing, configuring, integrating, customizing and * maintaining middleware ware tools, including the installation of upgrades and patches using industry best practices across a series of environments. * Understanding of Integration Points (Synchronizer) * Experience troubleshooting and testing * Experience in management and administration of middleware applications * Experience in migrating applications to new platforms * Experience developing, installing and maintaining server-side plug-ins Desired Skills: * Knowledge of Atlassian Tool Stack (JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, Greenhopper, Bamboo, Fisheye and Crucible), including Plug-Ins * HP Quality Center and HP Performance Center Orasi Synchronizer * Jira Administrative experience, including Jira Project experience * Understanding of Integration Points (Synchronizer) * ALM Process experience * Extensive experience troubleshooting and testing   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
