The position serves as a liaison between Business Units and IT/DEV and requires the ability to build and maintain effective working partnerships with Business representatives. This individual will: Lead project team through complete project lifecycle & provides coordination activities with multiple internal/external interfacing systems and 3rd party vendors to deliver business solutions based upon business and enterprise requirements. Evaluates options for meeting user needs, and ensures that system requirements are identified, prioritized and incorporated in an effective, efficient manner. Develop and manage project plans through overseeing the on-time completion of all work plans deliverables to ensure proper hand-off to next phase in the SDLC. The span of control includes leading the requirements, design, development, testing, launch, production support transition through performance measuring/monitoring phases of all assigned projects. PM Key Functions and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Project planning: Create and manage work breakdown structures, conduct critical path analysis, create, manage and negotiate project schedules, budget & resource tracking, etc. Experienced with SDLC methodologies and creates various artifacts such as the project charter, project plans, implementation plans and executive project reports. Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Project Communications: Executive communication creation and delivery. Create, design, deliver and facilitate meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and document and refine work flow processes and stakeholder notification, etc. Issue and Risk Management: Developing and facilitating contingency and mitigation plans for critical schedule dependencies, resources, tools and technologies. Independently and proactively make decisions and manage impacts to overall project. Project implementation: Building implementation guides and schedules, mitigating risks and building contingency/back-out plans managing cross functional business teams including utilization of new systems, user assistance, issue resolution, and post production support for new functionality delivered. Utilize project management tools: Create/Maintain charter and planning docs, dependency based schedules, status reports, tracking logs, scope and risk management docs-using MSWord, MS Project, Excel, VISIO, PowerPoint, and online collaboration tools. Demonstrate ability to create and present project presentations to senior leadership and management. Project and Release Reporting on a proactive basis including project status, issues and concerns by IT Management, Business Stakeholder, and Executive Reporting. Business Systems Analyst Key Functions and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Review requests for system enhancement to ensure that all gaps are identified and addressed, and requirements are fully expressed to ensure accurate development and testing.
