This resource will focus on the Client DCS Transformation projects requiring completion to meet the DCS contracts August 31, 2016 deadline and, as bandwidth allows, assist with refresh/upgrade projects. This PM resource will help drive the Transformation projects through the newly established Portfolio Planning processes agencies are required to follow. This PM resource will design, plan, and coordinate work teams consisting of agency and DCS service provider personnel, will follow standard project management industry practices such as the PMIs framework. Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works closely with agency and vendor stakeholders.
