Your role is to design innovative solutions to HR problems. You will work closely with BPM and HR/Corp managers, business users, and software developers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. This position reports to the senior manager Application Development in the HR and Corp space. Role Responsibilities Designing PeopleSoft solutions for Global HR team Integrating internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience Creating prototypes and authoring detailed interaction specifications Working with user experience researchers to design and observe usability studies Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements Working with architects and developers to improve and refine product visual design and consistency Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale Capability and experience to handle\ host design meets\ session in designing new solutions from scratch. Requirements 10+ years of experience leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams of 5 or more members Good experience on People Tools (8.52 and above). Should have worked extensively in People Code, SQL, Application Engines, Integration Brokers, Component Interfaces, STAT. Good knowledge on Patch\ Bundle upgrades Good working experience on PeopleSoft HCM\ CRM 9.1 Exposure to areas including Core HR, Self Service, Recruitment (including Taleo PSFT integration preferably), Absence management, Helpdesk, Security aspects, Row level security Preferences Bachelors degree computer science or related field Excellent Communication Skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
