We need a “Help Desk” person:Assisting customers (The Centers staff, faculty, students, guests, and visitors) with their computer technology needs. We have over 100 staff in our Center.Must have good customer service skills; be organized; can prioritize; and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Will maintain and be point of contact for internal help desk ticketing system. Our incumbent help-desk staff was earning $19/hr. He found another employment with higher pay and closer to home and we want to try some temp to perm candidates to replace this position.
