Job Description Administrator: Customer Service, Internal Help Desk Ticketing System, Windows OS Experience/Instruction, PC & MAC Systems Maintenance LAN Network

Description:

The Client is looking to hire temp to perm help in the technology field. We need a “Help Desk” person:Assisting customers (The Centers staff, faculty, students, guests, and visitors) with their computer technology needs. We have over 100 staff in our Center.Must have good customer service skills; be organized; can prioritize; and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Will maintain and be point of contact for internal help desk ticketing system. Willing to educate and improve personal development.Must have through knowledge of Windows OS; MS Office product suite; PC & MAC systems maintenance; LAN Networks; Network Security systems.
Must pass background check and require professional dress and demeanor. We are a tobacco free research center.
We think the bill rate should be $20/25 hour. Our incumbent help-desk staff was earning $19/hr. He found another employment with higher pay and closer to home and we want to try some temp to perm candidates to replace this position.
