Behavioral includes: communication skills, past experience as part of a dev team (not networking stuff), communications with customers, methodologies be agile, waterfalls, should be familiar with the life cycle, requirements, programming jargons etc. 4. About class: where they used to have one week or so on introduction to programming, they wont have as these candidates should have actual experience.
