Job Description Strong implementation and transition experience with medium to large application & virtualization environments based on Citrix/VMware/Microsoft technologies & products for enterprise customers. Assist in building standard operational procedures and participate in building a world class Citrix support standard. Analytical thinking and experience with change management data analysis and reporting methodologies. Participate in developing a structured methodology and lead all Citrix change management activities. Execute on demand change management incident tracking/reporting and lead change management meetings. Manage resources and balance workloads. Role Qualifications Demonstrated experience with delivery of Services for medium to large scale operation with highly complex environments. A solid understanding of change management processes. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate change needs to a variety of audiences. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Change management certification or designation desired. Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent field preferred.
