MUST BE AVAILBLE TO WORK 1ST, 2ND OR 3RD SHIFTS JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate will provide 24X7 Windows system administration and will have a strong technical background with experience working on medium to large sized teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide administrative support for Windows servers in a highly available, 24x7 enterprise environment • Work across several teams to restore service rapidly during an incident • Analyze the root cause of incidents • Identify opportunities for system automation and process improvement • Create in-depth documentation of processes and system configuration • Provide and receive cross training from immediate support team • Drive Continual Service Improvement EDUCATION High School Diploma Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred, or equivalent job related experience.
