As a Change Manager the team member will be responsible to assist Change Management in fulfilling the following Mission statement: Change Management ensures that a unified set of policies and procedures are defined and consistent across all applications and infrastructure within the Dell IT Domain. Through a set of stringent change methodologies, this framework will drive process adherence and awareness, that will in turn minimize risk and provide maximum availability while delivering quality and value to the Dell business. Duties will include: Responsible for the full life-cycle of Changes assigned to the Change Manager, attend and assist with the Infrastructure and Application CABs, drive down process violations, ensure each Change is fully documented to include peer review of the implementation and back out plans, technical reviews of the change by the Infrastructure and Application teams and driving up business availability. Assist in driving the Change and Compliance Process Improvement strategy. Candidate will have a Four year degree or equivalent experience, ITIL v3 Certification and 4+ years of experience working in the ITIL processes, specifically the full life cycle of Change Management and 5+ years working within IT. Strong command presence with outstanding communication skills at all levels of the organization and a background working in the Remedy tool and or OPASv2/OPASv3.
