Steps/processes for Move-to-Production, go-live cutover Supporting: Review Service Center tickets for FAQ and Script enhancements Coordination of Data Masking definitions, for new data and overall implementation in production and demo environment Ensures business requirements sign-off and production go-live sign-off for each release Coordination of Demo environment updates, also used for training recordings Review training/demo scripts for accuracy Coordination qtrly release reviews with HP Legal and Works Council Business requirements gathering / publishing Support alignment of Change Management with long-term release Roadmap Alignment of security roles to release requirements Responsibilities: Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.Expert: Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues and is regarded as a business matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires and in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers.First Level University degree.7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
