He/she will provide subject matter expertise supporting both delivery and presales engagements. The Consultant will facilitate high intensity workshops to develop business requirements, support development of demonstrations to provide solution proof, support the development of proposals and statements of work to include drafting estimation of effort/cost. The Consultant will be engaged on delivery projects where he/she will be the key interface to the end user or customer. Key Responsibilities: Through self-directed activities act as a liaison between client and technical groups, using superior communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements. Demonstrate expertise in integrating multiple, diverse processes and systems within a single engagement. Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation. Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives. Leverage customer satisfaction through building business relationships and trust. Commercially shape deals based on business benefit to client rather than actual cost to complete (value based pricing)identifying risk/reward opportunities and developing business cases to work with clients in new and different ways to mutual benefits Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients Deliver presentations to all levels of management Provide thought leadership on the development of new offerings. Consults on governance, strategy and transformation not just operations Build and maintain significant alliances and support across the clients business Apply industry-specific expertise to recommend and coordinate the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a clients business systems, processes, and products using high-maturity methods, processes and tools. Ensure knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed while building HP consultant collateral. The candidate should have a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience combined with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamics applications, systems development, software support, and consulting. 3-5 years Microsoft CRM Dynamics implementation experience and holds Microsoft CRM Certification (Requirement). Advanced level of knowledge in three or more of the following areas: Active Directory and SSO, Web Services, XML Technologies, SQL, .NET Frameworks, C#. Experienced in Microsoft or Siebel CRM (functional consulting), has a successful history in requirements gathering, definition and validation. Experience developing custom solutions using Platform as a Service capabilities including ability to recommend ideal development strategies to meet specific client needs. Job role experience as a consultant in a consulting practice, facilitating discovery workshops. Decomposition of high-level information into details; abstracting low-level information; distinguishing requests vs needs; distinguishing requirements vs. solutions.
