Verifying the data we collect is correct and can be added to the Ask Sage virtual agent. Also, meeting with departments to discuss this data with them and verify that the questions are meaningful and required for use in our system. Then copying said data to a FAQ webpage for ingestion into the bot. Duties: Copy data from the old chatbot system to the datasheet Organize data into departments Meet with departments to make sure the data is valuable and needs to be in the Virtual Assistant Update variables to reflect the data that is being referenced Copy updated data to FAQ page for ingestion into the Ask Sage Virtual Agent KSA • Knowledge of statistical data collection, analysis, tracking, reporting systems, methods, and techniques. • Basic understanding of HTML and ability to edit simple webpages • Ability to gather and manipulate data. • Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications. • Skill in analyzing, verifying, and managing data. • Skilled, self-starter, excels at learning new technologies and problem-solving. • Proven self-starter willing to work with firm deadlines. • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word and Excel. • Ability to read and write in the English language. • Other duties as assigned.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
