This individual will be given high level direction and business goals, and will be expected to break the goals down into actionable requirements. This individual will drive those goals by identifying and meeting with key stakeholders and team members.This individual will also coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously including both short term and long term projects. This position requires good writing skills and verbal skills--especially the ability to abstract complex requirements into plain language. It also requires the ability to lead meetings and negotiate different views and goals with stakeholders. A working knowledge of the government applications and business practices would be beneficial, particularly related to the Courts. Job duties include but are not limited to: Meets with external stakeholders to illicit project requirements and develop project plans. Meet regularly with team members to ensure projects are on time, in budget and meet scope. Reviews and analyzes user requirements to develop detailed functional specifications. Create attractive and compelling reports for an executive audience. Analyses business needs and helps steer strategic vision. Creates monthly status and statistical reports and strategic presentations for executives. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Knowledge of common Business analysis processes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Ability to analyze systems, recommend workflow adjustments and identify opportunities for business improvements. Ability to research, compile and document data, business processes and workflow. Ability to analyze and document business requirements. Ability to participate in implementations and prepare internal communications. Demonstrates effective organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills. Working knowledge of PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
