You will be responsible to gather requirements from internal customers for various parts of the system and compiling the information in a useable format for software developers to use. You will be responsible for defining and developing reports and dashboards for customers using solutions such as Microsofts Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services. You must be a fast learner, self-motivated and able to work remotely and productively in and out of an office setting with limited direction. You will be asked to research, report, and demonstrate your findings to the team lead and team members as well as the customer. You will be an emissary to the customer for the team. Essential Functions: • Works directly with internal customers to define and develop reports and dashboards as part of the Tax System development team. • Define and document reporting requirements of various stakeholders to support operations, management, analysis, and statutory reporting. • Translates business requirements into a cohesive and usable suite of reports and dashboards.
