This is a large multi-year project that will modernize our use of technology, allow us to analyze and streamline business processes, and pursue enterprise-wide transformations. URS realizes that during a project of this scale it is common for employees to feel uneasy and intimidated by the scale of the challenge and to be fearful of change and uncertain about their future role. Therefore, there is a need for URS to seek the services of a professionally trained change management consultant who will assist us in the people side of this project. Requirements URS is looking for the following to be completed by the change management consultant • Conduct impact analysis and organizational change readiness assessments • Create sponsor roadmap and provide sponsor coaching • Create training and coaching plans • Provide leadership coaching and training • Provide project team coaching • Provide training for all levels of organization • Mentor internal change management team • Create communication strategies and plan • Create resistance management plan • Support and engage senior leaders • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities • Integrate change management activities into system modernization project plan • Evaluate and ensure user readiness • Track and report issues • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Experience • At least 10 years providing Organizational Change Management oversight for large enterprise-wide IT modernization projects, including communications, engagement, and behavioral and cultural change • Change management experience in the Public Sector preferred • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences • Advise on stakeholder engagement and accomplishments, as well as determining long term changes to the business • Certified Change Management Professional or equivalent preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
