USBE has need of an intern capable of supporting low-level needs of the system. Intern will have exposure to different domains (teacher, student and finance) and work with the teams that support them. Principal Duties: As an IT Intern, your responsibilities will include: • Assist USIMS by addressing and resolving help desk tickets and provide quality technology support under the direct supervision of the USIMS Program Manager. • Perform manual testing • Other duties as assigned+ Requirements: 1. Functional Experience – Candidate must demonstrate computer skills in software programs such as Microsoft word, excel, and other productivity software. 2. Interpersonal Relationships – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well with others of all personality types while demonstrating problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks. 3. Communication – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate in verbal and written form with both technical and non-technical personnel. 4.
