Support severity levels are described below in the project deliverables. 1.3 Requirements Minimum Mandatory Requirements 1. Provide a minimum of 3 referrals of companies currently being supported by vendor for Dynamics 365. Support for each company must be for a minimum period of 12 months. 2. Development and support must be done by vendor employees (no contracting/outsourcing to 3rd parties outside of the vendor). Vendor developers must reside in the United States 3. Employees assigned to contract each must have a minimum of 2+ years of X++ development experience 4. A minimum of two employees assigned to the contract must each have a minimum of 5 years of AX 2012 and AX D365 support experience 5. All vendor employees with access to state systems must undergo a state background check that includes fingerprinting (usually conducted by the vendors local police department) Preferred Criteria 1. Experience working with 3 or more alcoholic beverage control states 2. Experience working with the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA) 3. Experience working with Wynright (Daifuku) ASRS system 4. Experience interfacing with pick-to-voice system (Voxware is the vendor used by DABS) 5.
