Job Description Tech Lead: Navigation Tools, Reporting Tools, Techinical Support, Technical Services

** Only W2 Employee - No Subcontracting

** Can submit only Green Card and Citizens

** Can submit at higher rate

*** Over Time is paid at 1.420 times
OT - Extra Hours on Weekdays and Saturdays

*** Double Time is paid at 2.0 times
DT - Hours worked on Sundays

Description
Under general supervision, resolves detailed customer technical and/or operational problems with designated software and other company products. Simulates or recreates customer problems to resolve user operating difficulties. Provide more detailed explanations to clients regarding software use, navigation, reporting and other technical operations. Discusses problems and inquiries with other department personnel and offers technical assistance and insures proper handling and follow-up. Communicates customer suggestions for enhancements. Documents problems and corrective procedures. Works with development personnel to determine problem solutions. Attends on-going training to achieve level of technical skill needed to solve problems that are more complex. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years experience.
