What knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences, certifications are needed for this position? • Knowledge and experience with utilizing the ITIL framework • Knowledge and experience managing large scale IT projects • Skilled in oral and written communication as it pertains to interpreting technical information and business needs. • Demonstrated ability to work with management, customers, and vendors to resolve problems. • B.S. degree or demonstrated equivalent (education and/or equivalent work experience) • Proven coordination and status reporting abilities • Ability to comprehend IT Infrastructure/architecture jargon, and translate to business language • Proven experience working with very busy technical managers • Results oriented • Knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies • Experience in State/Agency is a plus Required Skills: * Experience with large scale IT projects * strong oral and written communication - must be able to interpret technical information and business needs * strong customer service skills across management, customers, vendors * Experience utilizing ITIL * Ability to comprehend IT Infrastructure/architecture jargon, and translate to business language * Proven experience working with very busy technical managers * Proven coordination and status reporting abilities * Knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies Desired Skills: * CoVA state/agency experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
