This position will serve as the central coordination point for identifying and managing changes to the contract while ensuring effective controls exist to manage any related risks. The Contract Manager is the primary source of detailed knowledge on the IT infrastructure contracts for VITA, and serves as a backup source of detailed knowledge and awareness for other contracts to promote continuity of operations. Ensures new services or modifications to existing terms and conditions are negotiated effectively, with appropriate levels of performance (SLAs) and costs agreed.
