Job Description Analyst: Risk Analysis, SQL, Excel, Data Analysis

Description:

The Risk Analytics Professional position will be responsible for building and analyzing analytical reports for the benefit of the organization.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Building and analyzing analytical reports that capture servicer activity within the Making Home Affordable program, utilizing MicroStrategy, SQL and Excel.
Responding to ad-hoc requests for compliance metrics and related analytics from personnel.
Working in partnership with and providing support to other members of the Reporting & Risk Analytics team, and other functional teams.

Skills:

Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, mathematics, computer science, economics, or other quantitative-related discipline, or work/education equivalent from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
Demonstrated proficiency with MicroStrategy, or comparable business intelligence platform. Solid experience and strong proficiency with SQL and Excel a plus.
Strong data analysis and data mining skills, and ability demonstrated by previous work experience to manage and manipulate large volumes of data. Previous work experience analyzing mortgage-related data a strong plus.
Two to four years work experience in the mortgage, real estate or financial services industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.

Must be either U.S Citizen or Greencard holder
